Monica is a 25 year resident of San Diego with a background in retail sales and management for Nordstrom and broadcast advertising sales. Most recently, she ran her own marketing and sales promotion company. Monica has a “solutions oriented” approach to serving clients, first listening to what her clients want and need, and then maximizing all available resources to help them achieve their goals.

Monica firmly believes in the value of real estate investment in San Diego County and she loves helping people make progress in their lives through those investments.
