The Scott Finn Team, headed by Raye Scott and Francine Finn, of Prudential California’s Downtown office are happy to announce Jeff Nix has joined their expanding team. Jeff will head their new REO/Short Sale Division. Jeff comes to our team with degrees in psychology and economics from the University of Missouri, a background in business administration, real estate investment & property management, and has specialized in the buying and selling of short sales and foreclosures since the beginning of the real estate crisis in 2007.

"We are extremely pleased that Jeff has accepted our offer to head up our new REO/Short Sale division" said Raye Scott. "We are expanding to better serve our clients and Jeff is more than qualified to help them with his knowledge and professional guidance through the process. In his new position, Jeff will focus on counseling, qualifying and assisting homeowners that will benefit from a Short Sale and assist Buyers seeking REO properties."

"Short sales are more complicated and difficult than most people anticipate and it takes an experienced agent to make it happen" added Francine Finn. "The REO market also has some hurdles that most buyers and agents will not be familiar with and serious Buyers will benefit from having the process expedited with an agent like Jeff."

The Scott~Finn team is located downtown and serves the downtown market as well as many suburban and coastal areas. In addition to Raye Scott and Francine Finn, the team includes Buyer Specialists Monica Ball, Jeff Nix, Sarah Scott, Marsha Shepard, Rebecca Wood and Listing coordinator Kea Bensen and Escrow Coordinator Dianne Miller.
