In recognition of her commitment to client service, Sarah Scott was recently named Agent of the Month by Aria, one of downtown’s newest developments. Based out of Prudential California Realty’s Downtown Gaslamp office, Scott’s former clients have praised her attention to detail, work ethic, and enthusiasm.

After graduating from the University of California Los Angeles with a degree in political science, Scott remained in the area to work for a major marketing and public relations firm. She returned to her hometown San Diego in 2005 to join the notable real estate team led by her mother, Raye Scott, and business partner Francine Finn.

Scott credits her success with helping first time buyers enter the market to the team-based approach she applies to each transaction. By organizing and leading a professional team of lenders, title representatives, and escrow coordinators to assist and ease the transaction process, she has already earned the referral and repeat business of her clients.

“There are so many facets to a transaction, that utilizing the skills of people who are specialists and experts with each aspect streamlines the process,” she said. “This allows me to provide my clients with excellent guidance and service every step of the way.”
