Prudential California Realty recently announced the rankings of agents based upon the first 3 quarters of 2009 production. The Scott~Finn team has once again placed in the Top Ten of over 2,000 agents. This achievement is significant and notable in an industry that has been challenged over the past three years.
“It is not business as usual. It hasn’t been for over three years. Reading the market, adapting, changing and lots of hard work is what it takes to not only survive, but thrive,” said Raye Scott. Her business partner, Francine Finn, added “We saw this downturn coming and knew we had to look at it and revise our business plan and prepare for it.” As they have demonstrated in the past, Scott~Finn is not afraid of change or hard work in order to achieve their goals. Their consistent ranking in the top one percent of Prudential agents nationwide attests to their business acumen and their dedication to the team’s success.
One of the ways the team is responding is by expanding and developing a short sale division in order to better serve their clients. “We are going to do everything we can to help our clients out of financial difficulty and believe this is usually a much better solution than foreclosure. If we can talk to clients that qualify before notices are served, it will help not only in preserving their credit but, relieving the fear and stress of foreclosure.”
The Scott~Finn team is located downtown and serves the downtown market as well as many suburban and coastal areas. In addition to Raye Scott and Francine Finn, the team includes buyer specialists Monica Ball, Jeff Nix, Sarah Scott, Marsha Shepard, and listing coordinator Kea Bensen and escrow coordinator Dianne Miller.
